HappyDeals is an online marketplace dedicated to offer discounts on authentic products and services.

Yes. If you are availing a services voucher, all you need to do is send that person the “Order Confirmation Receipt” which contains the Order Confirmation Number for redemption. If it is a product for delivery, then you can just key in the recipients’ delivery information upon check out.

Unfortunately, all purchase transactions are final.

You pay through our website and choose from the list of payment methods that suits you. It can be via Paypal, debit card, credit card, over the counter and many more.

We will reserve the item for you for 2 business days for other payment methods other than credit card/ paypal.(Sat and Sun are not considered business days, thus, it doesn't count :) ).

Definitely. Your credit card information is never stored in our servers. Your credit card number is encrypted and transmitted through a 128-bit Secure Socket Layer (SSL), straight to a top security electronic vault.

It is sent to you via the email you used to register once your payment has been confirmed. You may also download it by going to your account. Note that this is not an official receipt. The Official receipt is to be provided by the merchant.

To redeem, simply present the physical gift certificate or voucher that we will ship out to you along with the Order Confirmation Receipt.

Pretty much all gift certificates/voucher bought on the site cannot be used in conjunction with other promos or discounts. Unless, specifically mentioned in the terms and conditions of the item you bought.

No. All gift certificates/vouchers bought on the site can only be used one time and within the redemption period reflected on the terms. You will not receive store credit or cash back for whatever you don't use.

Refunds Procedures

1. The Customer (you) call HappyDeals to file a complaint
2. HappyDeals will investigate and determine is the complaint is valid
3. If determined valid, HappyDeals will coordinate your request with the Merchant (Or Seller)
4. Upon coordination, the Customer and the Merchant must have an agreement as to how the complaint will be handled,
  a. If the complaint is not settled within a number of days, HappyDeals may step in and decide who will be favored in the said complaint
5. After reaching an agreement, the Merchant will transfer the money to the Customer’s account (In however the Merchant may be able to refund the Customer’s money)

Returns and Refunds Procedures

1. The Customer (you) calls HappyDeals to file a complaint
2. HappyDeals will investigate and determine is the complaint is valid
3. If determined valid, HappyDeals will coordinate your request with the Merchant (Or Seller)
4. Upon coordination, the Customer and the Merchant must have an agreement as to how the complaint will be handled,
  a. If the complaint is not settled within a number of days, HappyDeals may step in and decide who will be favored in the said complaint
5. Should the Merchant ask for the return of the item, the customer must comply.
  a. All costs for the return will be shouldered by the Merchant
6. Upon receiving the item, the Merchant will transfer the money to the Customer’s account (In however the Merchant may be able to refund the Customer’s money)

Returns and Replacement Procedures

1. The Customer (you) call HappyDeals to file a complaint
2. HappyDeals will investigate and determine is the complaint is valid
3. If determined valid, HappyDeals will coordinate your request with the Merchant (Or Seller)
4. Upon coordination, the Customer and the Merchant must have an agreement as to how the complaint will be handled,
  a. If the complaint is not settled within a number of days, HappyDeals may step in and decide who will be favored in the said complaint
5. If the Customer and the Merchant agrees to have the item replaced, the Merchant will instruct the Customer to ship the item to an appointed location.
  a. All costs for the return will be shouldered by the Merchant
6. Once the item for replacement is received, a new item will be sent to the Customer’s shipping address
  a. The shipping charge for the new item shall be shouldered by the Merchant.
7. The Customer will receive the new item

If you have chosen this option in the shipping method, it means that you will either pick up the item personally, or inform us by emailing wecare@happydeals.ph if you wish to have it picked up by other means. This also means that you will be shouldering any shipping expenses on your own.

If you have chosen this shipping and payment method, you can pay the products once you picked it up in the address that we will provide you. However, we will only hold the reservation for you for up to 2 business days, else, it will be automatically cancelled so that others can try to avail that happydeal :).
